Was I born with eyes?

I was born with 2 normal looking eyes. They didn't show any sign of damage until I was 8 years old.

Why is my mane cut? 

I'm an Appaloosa horse. Some lines are known for their sparse mane & tails.
Morgan just trims mine level for a tidy appearance.

Can I go outside?

Of course. I go outside almost everyday to play with my mini horse friend and graze.
